Halja is a display typeface inspired by ancient printing and the work of scribes. Based on a blackletter styling, it aims to breathe new life into the style with a rigid and solid appearance. With the addition of a wide range of Opentype features that include swash capitals and over 800 ligatures, it can expand from a simple typeface into a very elaborate and decorative style that could be used in logos, headlines, tattoos and any other setting that requires a strong identity. With an expanded character set that covers the extended Latin glyphs, it can support over 250 Latin based languages.
