Raubam is a single weight, display typeface that was inspired by the bold lettering found in monument engravings. But this simple typeface actually contains two variations in letterform to replace the standard uppercase or lowercase forms. With this font, the uppercase forms are extremely bold, heavy letterforms that verge on being closer to forms than letters. However the lowercase forms are a lighter, more balanced version of the same letters that can therefore be combined with the titling style to create interesting layout and combinations. To allow the most possible solutions, each style has matching punctuation and numbers that are automatically substituted thanks to Opentype programming.
